XenApp and XenDesktop 7.17 is the latest Current Release version of XenApp and XenDesktop and is now generally available at the download site (sign in required). I encourage you to read the release notes for each component, but I’ll highlight my personal favorite new or fixed things here.
Supportability tools are now included as an option during the VDA install.
Applications launched from within a published desktop now have additional control options.

Security attributes can be synchronized when Profile Management copies files and folders in a user profile between the system on which the profile is installed and the user store. This feature is enabled by default. For details, see Synchronize file security attributes.
